Our Lady of Wisdom Health Care Facility is a 138-bed skilled nursing facility in New Orleans developed on a collaborative basis by 16 Catholic religious orders to serve the needs of their elderly members. Designed by Blitch Knevel Architects, and completed in 2000 AD, the facility features a beautiful chapel designed to seat 150.

In late 2016, it was announced that the Archdiocese Of New Orleans would assume operation of this facility, along with it's other two senior care facilities.

There are no current records indicating that a pipe organ was ever installed in this facility.
